ABOUT ME

I am a passionate advocate for mental health and the power of connection as a source of hope and healing.

As the founder of the You Aren’t Alone Project, a mental health nonprofit using art as a catalyst for connection, I am committed to changing the way we talk about mental health and fostering safe spaces for real conversations around well-being and belonging.

I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from New York University in 2022. While working as a clinical therapist did not fit my lifestyle, I have been able to use my skills to facilitate community mental health workshops through my nonprofit, the You Aren’t Alone Project. Now, as a digital nomad myself, I hope to be able to provide others on this same journey with the individual or group support they need to manage their mental health along the way. I have been navigating my own struggles with anxiety and depression and know how difficult it can be.

I offer practical, compassionate guidance through one-on-one coaching and workshops.

My goal is to ensure no one has to feel alone, no matter where their journey takes them.
